We have now been with Charter companies in the Bahamas and BVI as boat owners and guests. Transferred our boat last year to Conch Charters and visited now for the first time. This is easily THE BEST experience we have since owning various charter boats in the last 10 years. The boat was pretty perfectly prepared, they had some very thoughtful little additions (soap, rum etc) and the instructions (out and return) are well done. Just finished an unforgettable sailboat trip around the British Virgin Islands with Conch Charters-and wow, what an experience! The staff were so helpful through email before we left and upon check in. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The boat was in top shape, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. From Jost Van Dyke, to Virgin Gorda, to Cooper Island to Norman Island and a few more this trip fully exceeded our expectations But the real highlight was our captain, Carlton. He was exceptional-professional, easygoing, and incredibly knowledgeable about the islands. He knew all the best spots for swimming, snorkeling, a relaxing , and islands. He made the entire journey feel effortless. We always felt safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of. If you're thinking about sailing the BVI, do it— and book with Conch Charters. And if you're lucky enough to get Captain Carlton, you're in for something special.

We just finished out first-ever bareboat charter with Conch Charter (12 days). We chose Conch because of their reputation of using older but very well maintained boats. From the beginning of the process to the final goodbye Conch's advice and communication was excellent. Our check in from Jenny was very detailed and throrogh. If I had questions after we had left, the office would return my emails so quickly (or I could phone as well). Our boat was very clean, and more importantly the engines were clean and well maintained, including the generator. Everything worked well, all the time, including the electric winches, the dinghy motor, both engines and the generator and AC pump. The stove and oven were flawless as was the BBQ outside and the huge fridges and freezer inside. The kitchen was very well appointed, the knives were sharp and there were plenty of appliances in case we wanted toast or smoothies, or to microwave something. The sails and lines were all in great condition, we never had to worry about the boat's ability operate. The optional WiFi worked everywhere in the BVIs, no problem, no limits and hi speed. Conch has been operating since 1986, and has VERY good reviews from many repeat customers, so I guess this is just one more EXCELLENT review for an excellent company!
